DARC House, home to Nexbe, is a purpose-designed building in which the company has integrated full monitoring and control over service functions, including electrical power, lighting, battery storage (BSS) and HVAC systems.

The building is supplied from a combination of ground-mount and rooftop solar PV panels (285kWp), with hybrid inverters and battery capacity of 414kWh. Further expansion of this facility is underway.

The company also has access to numerous DER systems, all contributing to ongoing AMI product development and enhancement, and offering grid power conditioning support;

With in-house expertise, the company provides design, installation, and consultancy services in DER integration and metering support. In addition, Nexbe has extensive experience monitoring and reporting battery health and diagnostics down to the individual cell level.
